How do I open a locker?
- Go to https://lmexpress.helgasys.com/clients/home
- Fill out the complete registration form
- Click to accept the terms and conditions
- You will then receive an email (to the registered email address) from LM Express with the mailbox information so you can make all your online purchases.
How should I enter my locker information?
To enter your LM Express mailbox address, simply go to your favorite online store, navigate to the addresses section, and add your address:

How do I add my address to Amazon?
- Go to https://www.amazon.com/-/es/ref=nav_logo
- Select Account and Lists in the top right corner and then select the ACCOUNT option
- In the menu that appears, select USER ADDRESSES at the bottom.
- Select “Add new account” and enter the information as detailed in the LM Express account creation email.
- Select as default address
- Click on “add address” and that’s it, your account is now registered for making purchases on Amazon.
How do I find the weight information for an item?
This information can be found under the Shipping Weight description. If the page where you are making the purchase does not provide this information, it is recommended to search for similar items on Amazon and use that information as a reference.
How to use the calculator?
- Visit: https://lmarexpress.com/
- Click on the calculator section
- When you enter the calculator, you must fill in all the spaces with the requested information.
- Product value in USD
- Product weight (KGS or LBS)
- Select the product category to calculate taxes
- Select “Add Item” to display the quote.
What is the approximate delivery time?
Once the merchandise is delivered to our warehouse in Miami, it takes a period of 5 business days for it to be ready for pickup or delivery in our country.
Once the product has been delivered to our warehouse, the customer will receive an email from LM Express with the status PROCESSED
What are the available payment methods?
Our services can be paid for using cash, SINPE MOVIL, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Which products are restricted?

- Enter the package tracking number in the box and click on “check” to display the status information for the package received in Miami.
